Hello everyone. I doubt anyone here knows who I am, but I am curious...
Next week I will be getting MxO and I was wondering if this guild would recruit a fledgling newbie when I do? This guild looks like it's a lot of fun [even though I haven't seen it in action, but the forums are fun <shifty eyes>]. If it's possible, I'd love to hear back. ;D

We are fun! And we are good with new folks. Feel free to post an application when you have taken the red pill. Looking forward to meeting you!

We are more then happy to take a new redpill and show them the ropes. A couple things you might wish to know about us are... we are a heavy RP faction, 99% of the time we are IC. We have no problems helping people get into the RP grove and learn more about the game at the same time.
Also, level is something that has never really mattered with us. Level is just a number, your actions show us who you are.
Look forward to seeing you jacked in,
~RedBindi

Yep, what Bindi said. We love noobs here... after all, the hoverpads won't clean themselves and who better to do it than some rookie noob!!
But yeah... your experience doesn't matter to us. We'll help show you the ropes (...but you're the one who has to climb them?) and we've got a couple of guys still sticky from pod goo for you to hang around with.

Although... I might have a problem -- MxO -can- run on a Mac, right? Do a search on something called "Boot Camp". My internet connection is refusing to cooperate or I'd do it myself. Basically I know MxO isn't 100% Mac compatable, and I think you need this Boot Camp program to run it. (I have zero experience with Mac) There was something about it on the official MxO forums, but since I apparently can't use my connection for anything but reading forums and playing games at the moment, I can't get any more info.

From what I just checked on the internets, it seems MxO will run on a Mac, so long as you're using Boot Camp or another program to run Windows on your computer, as MxO is a Direct X based game which requires the Windows OS to run.
Boot Camp will work for you if you're using a computer with Leopard (I think?) or any other of the computers with the intel chipsets.

I share the same current dilemma. It's partitioned, it's almost set to go. I'm waiting on Service Pack 2 before I can install the Boot Camp drivers on the Windows partition.
It's cost some money so far though. I paid to upgrade to leopard so I didn't want to pay for windows xp home edition. Thus my installation has been a little more problematic. >.>

Yeesh . Well, here's hoping the Microsoft program translator mabob already on the computer will be good enough... EDIT: Bleh... Windows is required... so much stress. I guess I will just have to wait until internet is installed at the desktop >.<. Maybe in a couple weeks... now to stare at my unusable game, hehe.
