Can't wait to meet Lock.
I'll do whatever to support.

I'm not sure who's ship you're on, Qui, but the best thing you can do is start practicing using the cannons on a hovercraft. We're going to need all the firepower we can get.

Well, I'm on Ivy's ship. I wonder if we'll be needed elsewhere while the battle in the real goes on.
I mean, if the machines were able to (semi-)coordinate an attack in the Matrix and the real once before... Maybe they'll try it again?
Hmm.

I can tell you right now there is little chance we will emerge from this battle unscathed. So having friendly ships close by while we're affecting emergency repairs would be a boon to all of us.

((So wait, what time are we looking at here? I can never figure out what time the events go on. Like today's "high alert" is at 3-5pm, but is that Pacific, Mountain, Eastern... Oh no, I've gone cross-eyed.))

((All events posted by LESIG or the Devs are in 'Mega City Time', which is Pacific. So, this hovercraft battle is at 6pm MCT, which is 9pm EST.))

Let me just re-iterate here that it's 6 PM and not 7 like we were told. Vogt apparently messed up (again).
I think we've got a good chance here, especially with the inexperience and ineptitudes of any squadron the Cypherites could put together and the demonstrated skill of the EPN fleet. Those guys have pulled off some real wins against tough odds - most of them competing as unranked captains against rank 1 and even rank 2 captains and winning. They should be a great help.
That, and we've got a little skill of our own.
Let's make sure we win this not just for Lock, not just for the Trust, but for Zion.
((And yes, since the battle will be on Recursion, I'm not sure whether or not EPN will want me to dual client and be Publius as well or if we'd rather have Lt0Brien in instead. Publius's ship is 2211, I think LT's is 3111. It'd probably be more fun for more people if LT was in - they just chose Pub because he was higher ranked.))

Agreed, Neoteny. Having Lock back home alive and reaping the honor and glory that comes with that, is honestly second.
I can't stress enough what it could mean if our enemies caught hold of one of the guys in charge of designing New Zion...
Losing this, quite simply, is not an option.

((Hey Hunter get the macro from Someone in the battle for the rolls, I might need a backup, due to the possibility of some bad weather in my area.))

((If you can't make it, it'll go to the next highest rank by XP, which I think is Omega.))

Tonight, ladies and gentlement, The Trust won the Matrix.
