OFFICIAL RANK STRUCTURE:
This rank structure is designed to assist in the developing of RP, and gives distinction on who is in command during ALL events. Highest rank jacked in the matrix assumes responsibility of the Trust. Highest rank in a crew assumes leadership of the crew. Promotions from Rookie to Lieutenant has to be approved by the crew Captain with the advice of the Trust High Command. Promotions to Captain and higher has to be approved by The Trust High Command. Transfers from crew has to be approved by the Captains involved and the Trust High Command.
Upon approval, a new recruit is placed in rank as a Rookie......
ROOKIE: This is the entry level. Learn the matrix, understanding how the Trust works.

PRIVATE: After a trial period and RPing achieved and upon passing a general review with an officer, he or she is promoted to Private. This is the basic full member position, but not a fully vested member of the Trust. Access to The Trust Forums granted.
PRIVATE 1st CLASS: Private 1st Class is given to a Private for exemplarily work as a member, like assisting fellow Trust members. This is the in-between rank when in transition from Private to Sergeant.

SERGEANT: After about a month of service and being a active member in team missions, Preferred Level*: 20, Posting on CREW forums, a Private 1st Class is eligible to be promoted to Sergeant. A Sergeant is a FM(LT) in training – next in line to be FM (LT). Any Sergeant can be immediately promoted to FM(LT) of any ship by that ship's Captain or assigned as FM(LT) to any ship by the Trust High Command with that ship's Captain's approval.

LIEUTENANT: Lieutenant is given to any Sergeant for exemplarily work, like leading missions, RPing, and taking care of the crew. Lieutenant is a FM on any rank ship and given the privilege to recruit.

CAPTAIN: Upon passing a SPECIAL review, Preferred Level*: 30, Posting of FACTION and CREW forums, leading team missions, and continued RPing, the Lieutenant is eligible to be promoted to Capt. of a new ship. Captains are trusted to lead their own crew in a mature manner. He or she obeys The Trust Code of Conduct. All Captains will be respected in the Trust community. A Captain is in charge of communications of information to the crew. All Captains hold a seat in the Trust Council.

MAJOR: As an established RPer, Preferred Level*: 40, and active in the Trust Forum community, Captains can be promoted to Major. Majors are recognized as a trusted leader for being both an example as a RPer and in Level. In charge of communications of information to the Captains of the Fleet by being fully updated with the Trust Mainframe. A major holds a seat in the Trust Council.

COLONEL: Majors as a Preferred Level* 50, and outstanding work becoming an officer, he or she is eligible to be promoted to Colonel. A Colonel is the highest rank currently obtainable by promotions in The Trust. Colonels hold a seat in the Trust Council.

Trust High Command) COMMANDER & LT. COMMANDERS: Highest position who leads the Trust Fleet. Positions can only be given to Colonels when available through retirement.
**Preferred Level is a GUIDE. Exceptional talent will be foremost promoted. By NO MEANS achieving a level is a main criteria for promotion.
